That question, asked in 2025, became the starting point for everything we now build.
How we began
The question that started it all
Anyoka Foundation was born out of a divine assignment — a calling to ask the questions many overlook. Why do young people in other parts of the world, especially in countries like China, develop the capacity to create, invent, and innovate at such an early age? What are they being taught that unlocks that potential?
The answer became clear: it begins with cognitive development. Many of us were never given the tools to fully engage our minds — to think critically, solve problems creatively, or develop our innate intelligence — simply because we were not exposed to that kind of learning growing up. Without those tools, even the best opportunities pass us by unclaimed.
Anyoka Foundation exists to make sure every Ghanaian child is equipped to catch what life offers them, and one day, to build the kind of innovations the world looks to Ghana for.
Anyoka means "to catch" — a meaning that speaks directly to the mission: helping children catch opportunities, catch knowledge, catch confidence, and catch their full potential.
